Mission Statement

The JMH Group property investment business is focused on acquiring, managing and enhancing real estate in London. Real estate assets are owned by a series of subsidiary companies.
Our stated business objective is to grow the business through acquisition, development and management, and to increase the gross value of the real estate portfolio.

Strategy
As a first step to fulfilling our mission, the JMH Group's founders Neil Manek, Irfan Hussain and Marin Jakisic developed a new approach to property buying, renting/leasing and managing that took root from long evening discussions and quickly moved into motion in late 2004.
In 2006 the JMH Group began developing large scale residential and commercial projects in London, the combination of using cost engineering techniques to reduce build cost along with lower than average gearing to continue building up the property portfolio led to the JMH Group expanding rapidly.
Undeterred by the credit crisis in 2008 the JMH Group capitalised on the opportunities that it created and grew their portfolio to be larger than ever before.
The JMH Group is now widely recognized in the UK and Europe – as one of the leading new real estate companies.
Results
Our ability to target areas of the market from which we know will result in high returns has given us our publicity and known brand. As a business, we thrive from our knowledge in market place which, with the correct strategies in place, enable us to get higher than average returns.
