In its early years, JMH Group focused on acquiring smaller, residential, assets in suburban London and the South-East where the opportunity existed to increase rents, or create additional residential space. Our success brought us to larger residential, mixed-use and commercial properties. Profits crystallised through rents, sale or refinancing were reinvested into the next project. As the business matured so the transaction size grew, but the formula of active management to add value, and realising the profit, remains a constant theme applied to a number of projects during this growth period and there onwards.
During this period, JMH Group has established a high profile and strong reputation in the property investment market through close contacts with tenants, banks and property agents. The size and complexity of JMH Group investments continues to grow, and we recognise the importance of having the right mix of business skills and management controls in place to manage the portfolio. Our management team is always evolving with our business.
