JMH Group's mission is to source real estate assets which, with our skills of dynamic management and financial awareness, are used to maximise returns in any market.

Strategy
As a first step to fulfilling that mission, JMH Group's founders Neil Manek, Irfan Hussain and Marin Jakisic developed a new approach to property buying, renting/leasing and managing that took root from long evening discussions and quickly moved into motion in late 2004. JMH Group is now widely recognized in the UK and Europe – as one of the leading new real estate companies.

Results
Our ability to target areas of the market from which we know will result in high returns has given us our publicity and known brands almost entirely through word of mouth from satisfied business partners. As a business, we thrive from our knowledge and market changes which, with the correct knowledge, enable us to get higher than average returns.
